ABOUT ME
Yasmeen Tsipena is a recent graduate of the Film & Media Studies program and Professional Writing Minor at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Merging an extensive writing portfolio, a creative eye, web design skills, and social media management experience with her multicultural & multilingual background, she crafts globally resonant multimedia experiences.
Yasmeen is also adept in video editing and seasoned in curating captivating content tailored to all social platforms. From creating immersive fundraising campaigns to covering up-and-coming music festivals, she has a proven track record for adapting to new mediums and audiences.
As Digital Media Coordinator for KCSB FM, a Santa Barbara based radio station, she managed all aspects of their social platforms, from content production to copywriting. She also spearheaded the establishment and growth of the organization’s TikTok account, which amassed hundreds of thousands of views under her management.
